Birthday Book Donations

St. Joseph School Library

Several parents have asked for a means to donate books to the Library. So here is an easy way for you to do just that.
On or around the student's birthday, the student or his parent might choose to give a book to the Library in memory of that day.
To acknowledge this donation, there will be a permanent book plate affixed to the book with the student's name and birthdate.
A further thank you will be made at the time when the student's class is in the Library. Periodically, donors will be listed in the Flash, the school newspaper.

Books chosen as donations should be hardback, new or in excellent condition since we want them to last more than a few years. As to titles, the donor might make suggestions to the Librarian or ask for a recommendation from her.
